If you are looking to relocate your office within the Orange County, we are ready to help. Offices and Commercial Moves

In order to book an office move with us we would like to learn as many details as possible. Please let us know how big is your office (sq.ft.), and how many cubicles/computer stations you need to move. Also we would like to know if you need to move flat screen TVs, commercial copying machines, fireproof file cabinets, or gun safes, and anything else that might be heavier than 300 lbs. Additionally, we need to find out the layout of both building, presence of stairs or elevators, and accessibility of parking, loading docks, etc. If your office building requires proof of liability insurance, we can request our insurance agent provide one at additional fee of $50 per building to be insured. Finally, inquire from your leasing office about any restrictions related to move-in/move-out hours, and we will try our best to provide after-hours service if needed.

After you confirm all details we will schedule your move, and a crew of professional office movers will arrive on the appointed time. We will bring all necessary equipment, protective covers, packing and wrapping supplies, and tools. We will protect floors with neoprene runners, or masonite sheets (if required), however we do not provide elevator pads, as they all differ in sizes. If you have not already packed minor desktop items, we will assist you properly pack and prepare them for relocation. All computer monitors will be wrapped in moving pads and plastic wrap, and carefully organized in commercial cardboard bins (SpeedPacks), which are provided for free on the moving day. Cubicles, and bulky office furniture will be dis-assembled and re-assembled at your new location.
