PIANO MOVING SERVICES

Movers Orange County can move a piano and organs of any size. We offer properly trained movers and industry specific tools and equipment to ensure that piano arrives intact and spotless. All piano moves are performed on a flat rate basis, which depend on a multitude of factors. Please provide as many details as possible that surround you piano move so we could provide you an accurate quote. Details such as, model, picture, or type of piano, is appreciated. Additionally if you have uneven or grassy surface, stairs or elevators, or any other obstacles on the route of piano we would love to hear that too.

How do we move pianos?

After all details are collected and considered, we will send a professional piano crew. We will dismantle all movable parts such as lid and note holder and individually wrap them in moving pads. Grand pianos are transported on it's side and legs and lyre are removed and also wrapped. We may take images of pre-existing scratches to avoid any misunderstanding with your permission. Next, we will protect the body of your precious musical instrument with soft moving pads, and wrap in plastic film. When piano is loaded on our truck we will securely attached it to the wall with ratcheting straps. Upon delivery we will place the piano in desired location, remove the wrapping, and re-attached remaining parts. Please be aware that tuning is required after all piano moves, but unfortunately we do not provide such services.

• Spinet/Studio/Console Piano, flat surface: $600 (2 Movers)
• Full Upright/Antique Piano, flat surface: $700 (3 Movers)
• Grand Piano, flat surface: $700 (3 movers)
• Spinet/Studio/Console Piano, 10 step stairs: $800 (3 Movers)
• Full Upright Piano, 10 step stairs: $900 (4 movers)
• Grand Piano, 10 step stairs: $900 (4 movers)

* Piano services include 3 hours of total services and up to 40 miles of travelling round trip from our parking lot in Costa Mesa.
